The quarterly NEQOS Hospital Mortality Monitoring reports give providers and commissioners regular hospital mortality and benchmarking information to assist with assurance across the region. This report provides a focus on a single North-East Foundation Trust as a result of the information available within the twenty second report.
NEQOS can support specific, independent investigations required as a result of an alert highlighted by NEQOS reports, by an external organisation (such as Dr. Foster), or by a commissioning or regulatory organization (CQC or Monitor).
