This framework, supported by NEQOS, aims to improve health service planning for musculoskeletal care. Models of Care are increasingly viewed as an effective strategy to improve health service planning and delivery for non-communicable diseases. Despite the increased attention towards Models of Care, a universal framework to evaluate a Model’s readiness for implementation and success after implementation is lacking. This Framework addresses these important gaps.
