NEQOS Deputy Director Tony Roberts is opening the AHSN NENC first Measurement for Improvement Masterclass today (13th July 2017) at Durham County Cricket Club, Chester-le-Street.
The aim of this masterclass is to develop greater knowledge and understanding of data analysis measurement for improvement tools and techniques, and their application in health and care settings. This will be done by:
- Using data to improve decision making and identify real improvements
- Overview of change tools for improvement
- Choosing relevant tools and techniques for particular issues
- Sustaining change – Making a difference, evaluating and sustaining
